Both Loop, Magnet and IR receivers are delivered with a mounting bracket.
This is the same part, just supplied alone.

The bracket is mounted on the side of the seat if it is a Loop receiver and on the bottom plate if it is a Magnet receiver. The IR receiver is mounted horizontal behind the front cover using the same bracket.
